Our Story — Baxter Rehmann
 

We are founders and partners Sloan Baxter and Eric Rehmann.  We enjoyed working together successfully for more than ten years at Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn/Ferry International where we led global assignments for some of the most important companies in the world, both large and small.

Individually, we left two of the world’s premier executive search firms to join clients, a Fortune 500 technology company and one of the World’s Most Admired Companies as ranked by Fortune magazine, where we led talent management and acquisition efforts. Four years later, we forged our in-depth knowledge of executive recruiting at the highest level with our understanding of what companies need from search partners into a new model for headhunting, and Baxter-Rehmann was created.

FOUNDER & PARTNER

Sloan Baxter


Prior to founding Baxter Rehmann, Sloan served as senior director of talent acquisition for Asurion and as a global recruiting leader at Gartner where he built the talent sourcing organization and led global recruiting for Gartner Consulting.
Early in his career, Sloan rapidly rose through the ranks in the executive search industry, first with Russell Reynolds Associates then at Korn/Ferry International. During his tenure, he led dozens of C-level searches for Fortune 1000 companies, private-equity portfolio companies and international nonprofits.
He is a father and is active in youth sports and development. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Agawam Council, a youth development organization, since 2006 and currently serves as Chair of the Governance Committee.
Sloan received an MBA from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College.

FOUNDER & PARTNER

Eric Rehmann


Eric has spent three decades building high-performing companies and teams. His operating experience includes creating and leading the first US company in Vietnam (1991), helping build the Corporate Executive Board into a successful public company (NASDAQ:EXBD) as a Sales Leader and managing one of the largest practices at the largest search firm in the world. He is proud of serving as a partner at Korn/Ferry International and Russell Reynolds Associates. Eric also served as the VP Global Talent at Delphi Corporation prior to forming Baxter Rehmann. He is an actively-involved father of three children and a fan of all things hockey.
